No-Refund Policy

All purchases made on mathzio.com are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or dissatisfaction with the content.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Order Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed and payment is confirmed. Please review your cart, delivery details, and product selection carefully before checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Replacement Only)

While refunds are not offered, we will provide a replacement for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to the conditions below:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mathzio.com with your order number.
• Include clear photos or a short video showing the issue and the outer shipping label/packaging.
• Keep the item and packaging intact until we confirm the resolution.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or re-ship the correct item. If the exact item is unavailable, we may offer a functionally equivalent replacement. No refunds will be issued.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts failed, or refusal to accept delivery, we can re-ship the order after collecting updated address confirmation and additional shipping charges (if applicable). No refunds are provided.

Digital Products & Online Access

Any digital materials, downloadable content, or online access (if provided with your purchase) are non-refundable. Access credentials must be kept confidential and used only by the purchaser.

Payments & Chargebacks

Payments are processed by trusted third-party gateways (e.g., UPI, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard). We do not store full card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes inconsistent with this policy may be challenged with supporting documentation.
