Shipping Coverage
We currently ship our books and study materials across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery timelines are 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details (if available) once your order is shipped.
Shipping Charges
We offer free standard delivery across India unless otherwise specified during checkout. Any special delivery requests or express shipping may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before confirmation.
Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, courier delays, or government restrictions. In such cases, MathZio will not be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional re-shipping charges. Refunds are not provided for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mathzio.com with your order number and clear photos. After verification, we will provide a replacement. No refunds are issued (see our Refund Policy).
